Zapier integration allows store builder users to connect multiple services together. By integrating the store builder with Zapier, users will have the ability to integrate with over 3,000+ apps and 3rd party services through Zapier instead of having to integrate them through the store builder directly. 

The Zapier integration is available inside the main account level Integration Settings and can be accessed by DNPT PRO  members only. If you do not have your DNPT Pro license and would like to upgrade, please contact to support at: [email protected] 

Setting up different automations through Zapier allows you to be your own personal assistant. You can set up automations to be triggered based on the following activity from your store: 

  • different order statuses (new, partially shipped, shipped, delivered & returned)

  • abandoned carts 

When a new order is created, the following information from a store can be sent over to Zapier:

  • Store name 

  • Title of the product

  • SKU of the product

  • Price of the product

  • Quantity of the particular SKU in the order 

  • Order number

  • Date of order

  • Order total amount  

  • Customer information: 

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Email

    • Phone number

    • Address

We are currently working on creating templates with Zapier to make creating Zaps even easier for users, but while we do that, here are some ideas of how you can use Zapier with the store builder:

If you’re hooked up with an order fulfillment service, you can automate the following tasks:

  • Find the order on the store (based on the order number) - Find order

  • Select the item based on SKU in the order - Find SKU

  • Change order status

  • Trigger order status update

  • Store builder > Facebook (Share new products on your Facebook page)

  • Store builder > Pinterest (Pin new products to boards on Pinterest)

  • Store builder > Slack (Share new orders in a Slack channel)

  • Store builder > Trello (Create Trello cards for new paid orders)

  • Store builder > Google Sheets spreadsheet (Add new paid orders to a Google Sheets spreadsheet)

  • Store builder > QuickBooks (Create invoices for QuickBooks Online customers from new orders)

Here is how to access the Zapier integration feature:

From your main account level INTEGRATIONS > find the PRO CONNECTOR tile > switch the toggle 'on' to enable ZAPIER
