There are multiple different payment merchants you can integrate with on the store builder such as: Stripe, Braintree (US only), Fondy, Payfast, Paystack, PayPal (standard), and PayPal Express.

One of the most simplest and fastest payment integrations is with PayPal (both standard and express) if you already have an account. Please keep in mind, you will need active accounts that you can access for any of the payment merchants mentioned before you can integrate them with your store builder.

It is also highly recommended to be logged into your payment merchant's account in a different browser tab at the same time you are trying to integrate it with the store builder. In this PayPal demonstration, you can see in the video that I am logged into my PayPal account already which makes integration even simpler.

Also, please see this helpful article if you are planning on accepting international payments to your PayPal business account as you could potentially accidentally block international payments for orders in your store — and that would not be good!

Review the video below to see how we can integrate with both PayPal and PayPal Express:

Step 1: By either clicking on the Integrations tile or the Integrations in the left nav menu item in the Main Dashboard, access the Integrations page and select Merchants

Step 2: Click on the Add Integrations button and select the payment gateway you want to integrate with. In this demonstration we show how to integrate with PayPal (standard) and PayPal Express.

Step 3: In the Add New Integration pop up, you can give the payment merchant an internal name that is just for you to help you remember what exactly it is (just in case you might have a few different PayPal accounts for example) and in the case of PayPal standard integration, it asks for my PayPal email. Enter the appropriate information and click save.

TIP: As you read earlier, it is highly recommended to already be logged into your payment merchant account. In this demonstration, I am already logged into my PayPal account, so it makes integrating even easier.

Step 4: If the PayPal email address to your account is correct and you are already logged in, that's it! Your PayPal standard payment gateway method should now be integrated into your store as seen below.

Step 4.5: If you are integrating with PayPal Express, as demonstrated in the video, you will follow similar steps and will select PayPal Express from the Add New Integration dropdown. Then you will be asked to give it an internal name to help you remember the account and then hit the Save and Authorize button.

Step 5: Once you've successfully added payment integrations into your Account Level Configurations, you can NOW select those integrations while either LAUNCHING a new store:

OR by going into an existing store's MAIN STORE SETTINGS > INTEGRATIONS where you'll find the ability to add up to 3 payment options for your store:
