A feed is a file made up of a list of products which use groupings of attributes that define each one of your products in a unique way. In the Google Merchant Center, all of your products will be added to a primary or a supplemental feed. Once you’ve created a feed, it can be added to any of the programs you’ve signed up for. Please note, if you do not see the Products Feeds action icon from your Products Dashboard, please go to the Marketing Hub and activate that first. Come back and the Product Feeds action icon should now be available on the Products Dashboard as displayed in the screenshot below.
Also, if you have not yet verified your store builder website on your Google Search Console, you'll need to do that before you are fully able to utilize the Google Merchant Center product feed benefits. Check out that tutorial here.
