The purpose of this overview document is to give you a highlight of the core features that are included in this release along with additional improvements and fixes that were also made.
HIGHLIGHTS OF NEW FEATURES
PRODUCT REVIEW IMPORT CAN NOW INCLUDE IMAGES
Users can now import images with reviews from the CSV file importation. This is achieved by having a photo URL column in the file so it can be matched to its appropriate field in the import review wizard. Some reviews with images will take some time to import and until they are imported, their actions are disabled.
NEW PHOTO COLUMN ON REVIEWS DASHBOARD
When working with a large number of reviews, most users are more interested in approving reviews that have images attached to them. With the new ‘Photo’ column on the dashboard, there is a check mark indicator to help quickly identify if a review has a photo attached to it or not.
HIGHLIGHTS OF IMPROVEMENT & FIXES
PRODUCT SELECTION WHEN IMPORTING REVIEWS
Some users were having issues not being able to find and select the product when importing reviews. This issue has been resolved.
SIGNIFY IN THE MARKETING HUB CONVERSION LAB
The ability to save in Signify was disabled and not showing an error leaving users confused as to what the issue was. This has since been fixed up.
AND A FEW OTHER IMPROVEMENTS, bug fixes, and tweaks to make the IES platform more powerful.
